Polymer Producers Assessment for Europe 2025 VOTING WILL START ON THE 16th OF FEBRUARY !
Don’t miss the chance to rate your polymer suppliers
The Polymers for Europe Alliance will launch on the 16th of February 2026 the 2025 voting procedure for the Polymer Producers Assessment for Europe. Choose your language by clicking on a flag below.
All users of polymers in Europe can access this online customer satisfaction survey - free of charge and in strict confidence - and rate their suppliers' performances during the past 12 months. This year's theme, "Commitment to the European Market," highlights the importance of suppliers' investment and growth within Europe.
Voting opens on February 16th and will run until May 5th.
“Established in 2015 to combat severe instability, the Alliance’s core mission remains ensuring a reliable, competitive polymer supply for Europe. The current focus has shifted to the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of European polymer production. We are concerned that rising energy costs, strict regulations, and underinvestment are accelerating the decline of domestic manufacturing. This decline risks replacing local production with imports, increasing supply chain risks and potentially pushing European converter capacity offshore. The Alliance is raising awareness of these challenges, urging the EU to act now to safeguard the polymer industry and protect millions of livelihoods across the continent.” Said Ron Marsh, Chair of the Polymers for Europe Alliance.
Award Criteria & Voting
This year, the Polymers for Europe Alliance will evaluate suppliers based on delivery reliability, circularity, quality, communication, and innovation, with a special emphasis on Commitment to the European Market. This includes:
- Willingness to invest: Assessing financial and operational investments within Europe.
- Capacity modernization: Evaluating upgrades and modernization of European production facilities.
- Supply security: Rating the ability to maintain a stable polymer supply across Europe.
The rating tool is easy to understand, extremely user-friendly, and provided in several languages to reach as many polymer users in Europe as possible.
If you have not yet established an account with the Polymers for Europe Alliance, you may register for free here: www.polymercomplyeurope.eu/node/210/register to gain exclusive access to the rating tool.
Upon accessing the rating tool, you will have the opportunity to select suppliers from 12 distinct polymer categories: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PVC, PS & EPS, PC, ABS, EVA, EVOH, and Specialty Polymers. After making your selections, you will be able to evaluate these suppliers based on six key criteria: Delivery Reliability, Polymer Quality, Communication, Commitment to the European Market, Innovation, and Circularity.
Awards Ceremony
The celebratory ceremony will take place during the EuPC networking dinner of the EuPC (European Plastics Converters) Annual Meeting in Brussels, Belgium from the 2nd to 3rd of June 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, recognizing both annual and decade-long industry achievements.
About Polymers for Europe Alliance
The Alliance was initiated by the European Plastics Converters association (EuPC) during its General Assembly in May 2015. It is an online, confidential information platform open to all parties who have an interest in the competitive conversion of polymers in Europe. Its objectives are to provide factual public information on the status of the polymer supply situation in Europe and to re-establish a constructive dialogue with the supply base.
Initiatives of the Alliance include the annual Best Polymer Producers Awards for Europe as well as several studies like an exploratory industry study to assess the level of competitiveness of the European plastics converting industry.
