Polymer Producers Assessment for Europe 2023 VOTING WILL START ON THE 15th OF FEBRUARY !
Don’t miss the chance to rate your polymer suppliers
The Polymers for Europe Alliance will launch on the 15th of February 2024 the 2023 voting procedure for the Polymer Producers Assessment for Europe. Choose your language by clicking on a flag below.
All users of polymers in Europe can access this online customer satisfaction survey - free of charge and in strict confidence - and rate their suppliers' performances during the past 12 months. The Polymers for Europe Alliance has decided that this year's edition will focus on the following criteria: decarbonisation and circular polymers
“The Best Polymer Producers Awards were created in 2016 to re-establish a constructive dialogue and good communication between suppliers and users of polymers in Europe. We encourage plastics converters in Europe to participate and rate all their suppliers.” Said Ron Marsh, Chair of the Polymers for Europe Alliance.
The rating tool is easy to understand, user-friendly and provided in several languages in order to reach as many polymer users in Europe as possible. In case you do not yet have an account on the Polymers for Europe Alliance, you can register for free here: www.polymercomplyeurope.eu/node/210/register to get your exclusive access to the rating tool.
Awards Ceremony during EuPC Networking Dinner
The results will be announced again during the EuPC networking dinner event which will take place in Brussels (Belgium) on the 11-12 of June 2024 at the BluePoint Convention Centre, Boulevard Auguste Reyers, 80, 1030.
How does the Awards voting work?
The voting is open from the 15th of February to the 31st of May 2024.
Once you have accessed the rating tool, you can choose your suppliers in each of the different polymer type categories HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PC, PET, PP, PS & EPS, PVC, ABS, EVA, EVOH and Barrier Polymers. Once selected, you can then rate them according to the criteria decided for this year's edition.
Based on the average of the incoming ratings, the best European polymer suppliers per polymer type will be awarded. Furthermore, an overarching award on decarbonisation, covering all polymer types, will be given away.
About Polymers for Europe Alliance
The Alliance was initiated by the European Plastics Converters association (EuPC) during its General Assembly in May 2015. It is an online, confidential information platform open to all parties who have an interest in the competitive conversion of polymers in Europe. Its objectives are to provide factual public information on the status of the polymer supply situation in Europe and to re-establish a constructive dialogue with the supply base.
Initiatives of the Alliance include the annual Best Polymer Producers Awards for Europe as well as several studies like an exploratory industry study to assess the level of competitiveness of the European plastics converting industry.
